by Our Healthcare Providers Committed to Change
It is not enough to feel bad about what is happening. It is not enough to change a social media picture. It is not enough to post this blogpost. It is not enough to make a photo collage. We need to change.
Please join #KidLit Community: Rally for Black Lives on June 4 at 7pm. The event is sponsored by The Brown Bookshelf, a group of authors and illustrators who are pushing awareness of the myriad of African American voices writing for young readers. Please consider sharing this event with the families you are caring for today.

Please join us in a silent reflection on Friday June 5th at 1pm. All healthcare providers can participate from all areas but for those interested being in a larger group, there will be a gathering in the courtyard behind the RIH cafeteria and Au Bon Pain. Please try to maintain social distancing practices.

We are also working on organizing a peaceful protest – we will provide details to come. For anyone interested in protesting, below are some resources.
